That’s why when we heard about this lady’s upcoming project, which is a movie titled as Crisis Point, we were sure that we have yet another box-office success coming our way!

Rhona plays a tough criminal psychologist (protagonist), out to decipher the mystery that lurks over her sister’s kidnapping.

She’ll put her expertise and dexterity to use, as she tries to track down the evil gang targeting her family. What follows will definitely be a package full of action, drama and endless intrigue. And with the stunning Rhona Mitra playing the central character, there isn’t anything left to ask for!

The role sounds like it’s perfectly suited to Rhona’s personality, and is definitely something that we’ve never seen of her before. So far, Rhona seems to have been limited to a stereotype image of a dangerous lover with a mysterious air.

And it’s definitely going to be refreshing to see her shed off the dark girl image, and come in the forefront as a strong female lead!

Having done roles in projects like Doomsday, The Gates and Underworld, all of which starred her as a powerful female character with as much brawn as brain, Rhona Mitra admits that the question she most gets asked is why she chooses these kind of roles.

The answer that this sultry actress has is just as smart as the roles she plays. She says that it’s not she who chooses these roles, but instead, the roles choose her. Whoa! That’s quite some self-confidence from the woman!

But when you look at her athletic frame and the confidence with which she carries herself, it’s not long before you realize why she is such an obvious choice for these power-packed performances. The best part is that Rhona completely loves the roles that she gets to play, and can’t believe that she gets paid for all the fun stuff that she gets to do as a part of her work.

Rhona reveals that she has got the opportunity to do some amazing things while working on these projects. For instance, she learnt how to reverse 180 hand brake turns in a Bentley, which is something that not even all professional racers can boast of!

Yeah, trust me on this, they are ‘friends forever’! Friends so close that the two were spotted together by this owl-eyed media for the very first time.

And, what’s more…I guess the insiders are all sold out. They report that the couple are friends since long and there was nothing new about it.

But, there surely was more to it.

Have you heard of ‘friends forever’ exchanging numbers on a night’s meet up after they had been friends for years?

Well, leave that for your brains to answer while I lay down all the facts for you to interpret yourself.

The July 20 HTC Status phone launch had Colton Haynes, the teen wolf sensation, share a table with Paper Crown designer Lauren Conrad.

A witness recollects the beautiful moment when the couple was getting into each other at their table and when it ended with the two exchanging their numbers. The couple, thereupon, headed to a club.

Frank Grillo All Set to Lay the Favorite!

Frank Grillo has landed a role in the upcoming comedy movie, ‘Lay The Favorite’.

The movie revolves around a female protagonist, a lady who falls into the vicious clutches of the addiction called gambling, in the betting capital of the world, Las Vegas.

The sturdy looking, ‘I mean business’ type, new chief of police, Nick Monohan played by the dynamic Frank Grillo, will certainly relish this opportunity to explore different sides of himself as an actor and prove to the world how versatile he is.

Although, the role hasn’t been revealed yet, we can surely expect something utterly hilarious and out of the box. And even though his stern expressions may suggest otherwise, it still makes him the perfect fit for dry humor.

You could catch up with ‘The Gates’ series to know what I’m talking about.

He stars along with big names like Catherine Zeta Jones, Bruce Willis and Joshua Jackson in the movie, making it a must download, when it arrives! So, the star of The Gates is going great guns, these days.

There’s some real good news for those, who were really upset with the cancellation of The Gates television show.

Well, now you will be able to spot Mr. Gate’s wife, Sarah Monohan, in an all new look.

Yes, it’s true!

Marisol Nichols, who portrayed the character of Gate’s wife, is all geared up for her role in ‘‘Good Christian Bitches’’.

She has confirmed the news to be true, in a recent interview and also added that she is very excited about the whole idea.

It’s definitely something that all her fans will be waiting for.

With her, will be seen, Leslie Bibb, who signed the role prior to Marisol shaking hands with the producers. Marisol will portray the character of Heather, who will be Amanda’s (Leslie Bibb) school friend.

Nichols, plays the character of a real estate agent, who is earning big bucks with her business and shockingly, is the only one in the entire neighbourhood who isn’t hostile towards Amanda’s homecoming. Amanda visits the place of her childhood, to stir past memories, thereby evolving from her divorce, to a new life ahead.

The American actress is better known to the world today for her character of Nadia Yassir in ‘24’. However, she debuted with a show named ‘My Guys’, and was later able to snag a role in ‘Due South’.

And today, as they say, the rest is history.

We saw her in ‘Friends ‘Til the End’, and movies like ‘Scream 2’ and ‘Can’t Hardly Wait’.

Her remarkable works also include appearances in ‘The Storm’, ‘Nip/Tuck’, ‘Friends’, ‘Cold Case’ and ‘Felon’, amongst others.

Besides being an actress, Marisol Nichols is a Scientologist and also serves as an advocate to The Citizens Commission on Human Rights.

The thirty seven year old actress is married to Taron Lexton and is the mother of one.

Frank Grillo takes on wolves in The Grey!

If you have been waiting for The Gates star, Frank Grillo, to come up in a different avatar, your wait ends right now!

Frank, who plays the strong character of Police Chief Nick Monohan in the TV series The Gates, would soon be seen in an enticing role in a movie called The Grey.

I must also add in that the creative acumen of Joe Carnahanis is behind The Grey. The movie is aptly labeled as a survivor-thriller and promises to be along the same thrilling lines as Jaws. Frank is a member of a group of oilmen in the movie who are up against savage wolves!

Frank’s co-stars for this movie are Dallas Roberts, James Badge Dale, Dermot Mulroney, Nonso Anozie and Joe Anderson, who all form a group of oil-rig workers. The actor is pretty excited to be a part of this thriller, after his action-replete stint as the Police Chief in The Gates.

Although the plot line is a closely guarded secret, rumors are rife that the plot involves a group of plane crash survivors who get stuck in a rough terrain and are then chased around by hungry, blood-seeking wolves. The cold, rough terrains of the Alaskan Tundra impart a gloomy feel to the movie.

I can say that Frank’s fans must be eager to catch him in this new role that will redefine the meaning of a true fighter! After all, surviving a plane crash and then battling it out with wolves is not an easy thing to do!

The suave actor must be hoping to hit the jackpot with this movie that is slated for release in 2012.
